PROSAM FRESH GINSENG
ProSam is the fresh ginseng product of BINRA Smart Farm Experimental Center JSC (abbreviated as BRS). The unique feature of ProSam is its completeness, comprising the entire plant with leaves, stem, root, and rhizome intact. This marks the first successful production of ProSam in Vietnam, delivering a fresh, clean, and high-quality product to consumers. It aims to promote effective health care for individuals and families at an affordable price.

The Smart Farm Technology combined with advanced techniques in ginseng cultivation enables the expansion of production scale, enhances economic efficiency, and reduces product costs, making it accessible to all consumers seeking health care solutions.
The saponin content in ProSam (calculated based on dry matter) is 5 to 8 times higher than that of ginseng cultivated using traditional methods. In each ProSam fresh ginseng plant, the saponin content in the stem and leaves is 10 times higher than in the root and rhizome.
All parts of ProSam (stem, leaves, root, and rhizome) can be consumed in various ways, such as eating raw, preparing salads, steaming with chicken, simmering in soups, cooking hotpots and porridge, making smoothies and ice cream, infusing tea and coffee, crafting sweets, or soaking in alcohol.
HOW IS PROSAM PRODUCED?
The ProSam fresh ginseng is produced using Smart Farm Technology. ProSam cultivation techniques are carried out in a controlled environment to prevent the negative impacts of factors such as climate, weather, environment, and pests. As a result, the production of ProSam does not involve the use of pesticides or other chemical plant protection agents.
